Company structure  

The German company B&F Technik Vertriebs GmbH “FK-Aircraft” is owned by the WENFA AEROSPACE group. The manufacturing of the FK aircraft is conducted in Poland and the Czech republic, from where the aircraft are delivered to the headquarterS in Speyer Germany. The FK aircraft are sold in over 20 countries. The export figures have shown a continuous growth with over 200 aircraft flying worldwide


The FK-AIRCRAFT headquarter is located at the airfield Speyer (EDRY) from where we operate offices for our design and development, administration and the large customer service centre.


Our warehouse holds over 10,000 spare parts to serve customer needs worldwide.

Workshop area

A 700 square meter workshop area is used for assembly, quality control and flight testing.

Company history

B&F was founded in 1990 by Peter Funk and Dirk Breitkreutz. In 1995 the headquarters was moved to Speyer. The Fk 9 model developed by Otto and Peter Funk became one of the most popular light aircraft in Europe. In 1997 the  Fk 12, went into serial production and in 1999 the low wing Fk14 was added.

Since then FK has become one of the most important players in the German and European Light aircraft market. Continuous updates and innovative product developments have kept the FK products in the top rankings of Europe’s light aircraft registration statistics for nearly 30 years.

South African Official Dealer

FK Aircraft, South Africa ** are based out of Morning Star Airport in Cape Town, from where we do the aircraft importation, assembly and registration.

We have a Rotax and composite certified AMO and also a Flight Training centre.  We also offer a customer Aircraft Delivery service country wide.
